Terms and Conditions for Perspectives

Effective Date: 1 January 2024

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the Perspectives mobile application ("App") provided by Perspectives ("Company"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the App.

Scope of Services

1.1 The Perspectives App provides a platform for teams to generate transparent and inclusive collective decisions. It facilitates discussions, idea sharing, and decision-making processes among team members.

1.2 The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information shared on the App. The App is provided "as is" and the Company shall not be held responsible for any decisions made based on the information obtained through the App.

User Responsibilities

2.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.2 You agree not to use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes. You shall not engage in any activity that may harm the App or interfere with its operation.

2.3 You are solely responsible for the content you submit, share, or display on the App. You must ensure that your content does not infringe upon any third-party rights or violate any applicable laws.

Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 The Perspectives App and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose. This license does not permit you to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the App.

Privacy

4.1 The Company respects your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the

Limitation of Liability

5.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

6.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.

6.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including disputes regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
